The very nice day and Micaela's service was perfect. I needed a quiet spot to go to rest anything else.

We went to a concert, we took the opportunity to go a few days before to walk. The choice of accommodation was in line with what we expected and more. The area was ideal in terms of transport accessibility, it felt safe and quiet, access to the apartment was easy to understand, a few blocks from a busy avenue, not far from Chinatown and with many bus lines available. The apartment as such felt comfortable and cozy, the balcony provided the possibility of airing the place, the cold/heat air conditioning helped with the temperature and the fact of having a coffee maker and microwave gave it a plus. We look forward to returning

I really liked the location, the spaciousness of the place, the amount of light that enters the environments as well as the tranquility that there is at night. Lauti's friendliness and his help in recommending places to us. Close to important places such as pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, butchers, parks, etc. Perfect for walking, nice pool and burn place for coworking

All of this is great! The Jonathan host is always helpful. Local very good, with transportation options like buses and subway and a great cost-benefit!

Super apartment on the 19th floor with a terrace that offers a spectacular view of sunrises and sunsets. Clean. Well equipped. Very quiet, no street noise. The neighborhood is well connected to public transport and is dominated by two-story houses. There are a few very good cafes within walking distance. I like the neighborhood There are hardly any tourists here.

Great place to stay! Carlos and Veronica were very responsive. The apt was super clean and matched the pictures. My dad stayed in this apt last year and recommended it to me. Cute and quiet building. The apt furniture is modern and chic. Very walkable to bakeries, pharmacies, local shops and more. I will be staying here again in my next visit to Buenos Aires.

Beautiful apartment to stay alone or as a couple, and spend a few quiet days in Buenos Aires. Close to Palermo and its bars, well connected to different parts of the city. Clean and equipped. The hosts were always attentive to our inquiries, giving directions and answering any questions quickly. Totally recommended!!

Paula's apartment is wonderful. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, very calm and relaxed with lovely restaurants and cafes really close by. Short walk to main road with great gym, ice cream shops etc. The apartment itself has amazing natural light, excellent wifi for video calls etc. Overall, a brilliant place to stay long term or short. I stayed a month and I wish I could have stayed longer. Paula is very friendly and kind host too! I highly recommend this place to other travelers

Mariela answered my questions right away, every time. She was helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful with tons of light. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom is brand new. Very well maintained. Location is top notch.

It was an incredible stay, well located, with many shops and places to eat well and close by, several bus lines and bicycles to get around. The apartment is amazing, comfortable, safe. Very good hosts and a good stay.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
