El departamento era cálido, muy lindo y cómodo. Perfecto para mi estancia de una semana.

Super Wohnung im 19. Stock mit einer Terrasse, die eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergänge bietet. Sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr leise, kein Strassenlärm. Das Viertel ist gut an den ÖNPV angebunden und wird von ein, zweistöckigen Häusern bestimmt. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Cafés in Laufweite. Ich mag den Stadtteil. Touristen gibt es hier kaum.

Great place to stay! Carlos and Veronica were very responsive. The apt was super clean and matched the pictures. My dad stayed in this apt last year and recommended it to me. Cute and quiet building. The apt furniture is modern and chic. Very walkable to bakeries, pharmacies, local shops and more. I will be staying here again in my next visit to Buenos Aires.

Fuimos a un concierto, aprovechamos en ir unos dias antes para pasear. La elección del alojamiento fue acorde a lo que esperamos y más. La zona era ideal en terminos de accesibilidad de transporte, se sentía segura y tranquila, el acceso al departamento era fácil de comprender, a pocas cuadras de una avenida transitada, no muy lejos del barrio chino y con muchas lineas de colectivos disponibles. El departamento como tal se sintio cómodo y acojedor, el balconcito brindaba la posibilidad de airear el lugar, el aire acondicionado frio/calor ayudo con la temperatura y el hecho de tener cafetera y microondas le dio un plus. Ansiamos volver

Mariela answered my questions right away, every time. She was helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful with tons of light. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom is brand new. Very well maintained. Location is top notch.

Quero deixar aqui registrado o quão incrível foi nossa estadia no apartamento do Augusto e o atendimento por ele prestado. Viajamos muito por vários locais no mundo e nunca tivemos um atendimento tão único e personalizado. O Augusto é uma pessoa extremamente gentil, atencioso e flexível. Chegamos cansados de viagem, tarde da noite já e encontramos na cozinha alguns mimos como cápsulas de café, salgadinho, refrigerantes e água mineral na geladeira. O apartamento é um show a parte. Além de lindo e bem localizado, é confortável, bem cuidado e absolutamente tudo funcionando, com manutenção impecável. Gostamos de ficar mais no apartamento do que sair para passear. rsrs Foram dias incríveis nesse apartamento e já temos o nosso local favorito em Buenos Aires. Agora será nosso local de estadia sempre que estivermos em Buenos Aires! Obrigado Augusto e equipe Faena!

Прекрасное просторное жилье , в котором есть все необходимое для семьи с детьми . Особенно нам понравилось наличие полноценной прачечной в квартире и идеальное наполнение кухни ! Мы прожили в этой квартире неделю и возвращаемся в нее ещё на целый месяц . Жильное отлично подходит для длительного проживания .

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa, o ambiente é climatizado, tem ar condicionado e termometro no ambiente inteiro, o chão aquece e aquece todo o apartamento. É bem mobilhado, as mobilhas e utensílios todos de qualidade. Fornecem toalhas e roupas de cama limpos, cheirosos e de qualidade. O prédio possui lavanderia e sauna que ao necessitar da utilização foi prontamente atendida pelos anfitriões, estavam sempre a disposição e sempre extremamente simpaticos e atenciosos, foram claros e precisos desde a entrada até a saída. Recomendo a todos a estadia.

Paula's apartment is wonderful. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, very calm and relaxed with lovely restaurants and cafes really close by. Short walk to main road with great gym, ice cream shops etc. The apartment itself has amazing natural light, excellent wifi for video calls etc. Overall, a brilliant place to stay long term or short. I stayed a month and I wish I could have stayed longer. Paula is very friendly and kind host too! I highly recommend this place to other travelers

El departamento es tal cual se lo describe, la cochera es una gran ventaja y es amplia, entra bien una camioneta. Luciano un genio, muy atento y amable. Lo único negativo que se podría encontrar es que no anda muy bien el aire en modo caliente para el invierno, pero tampoco es que es muy frío. Recomiendo ampliamente. Volveremos!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Gabriel es un host muy encolucrado con la recepcion. Antes de llegar envio sugerencias dw sitios, restaurants, cervezerias y lugares. Deja a nosotros muchisimos tranquilos, la recepcion es espetacular. Tiene todo cuidado, su departamento esta organizado, explica todo como funciona. Y siemore esta pronto para sacar dudas y cualquier cosa que necesitas. En resumen, nos quedamos muy comodos y swguros. Fue todo impecabla.

Ezequiel’s place in Cañitas was perfect for my stay. It’s super clean, has literally everything you’d need, and the balcony is a great bonus. It can be a bit tight for two, but totally manageable. The location is amazing — close to restaurants, a mall, and supermarkets. I’d 100% stay here again!

Excelente estadia. Ficamos 5 dias, a localização é sensacional, Palermo é um bairro muito bonito e com muitos lugares legais, o apartamento fica próximo ao metrô pra quem quiser a comodidade, a cama é gigante e ótima pra dormir, e o anfitrião nos atendeu super bem. Nossa estadia foi ótima.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.
