It is only in late summer 2024 that the access via the garden will probably be completely wheelchair accessible. The apartment is lovingly furnished; has an almost complete deep window front on the sunny side, which makes the room completely flooded with light and the view of the countryside, into the garden, into the mountains is unique. Apartment 2: mountain view 1st floor

Beautiful apartment, newly renovated, sunny oasis of peace in the middle of nature, 5 min. Walk to the forest, perfect for hikers and cyclists. 3 ski resorts in the area, 10 min. Car path to the supermarket, 15 min. to Villach town, parquet floors with underfloor heating, fireplace, bath and shower, Wi-Fi, parking right next to the apartment door with electric charging station. Heated storage room for sports equipment, balcony and garden area with fire pit.

Cozy alpine hut on Goldeckstraße

Away from the hustle and bustle is our beautiful alpine hut. Right on the edge of the forest, adjacent to a farm with chickens, sheep, pigs and cows, you can escape from everyday stress and enjoy nature. My parents-in-law also live on the grounds in the nearby main house. They are also happy to assist you at any time with any questions. As a small note : In the summer months (ca from May to October) our cows and sheep are on the alpine pasture.

Kanzelbahn Apartment

Winter or summer, you enjoy pure relaxation in my apartment. About 10 minutes walking to the Kanzelbahn, which will take you to the Gerlitzen ski and recreation area, overlooking Lake Ossiach, which you can reach by car in 5 minutes, 5 minutes from the Ossiachersee motorway exit. 3 bedrooms, 2 SATELLITE TV with Sky Germany reception in the living room, sauna, open fireplace and 70 m² terrace offer everything for a relaxing holiday.

Comfortable apartment overlooking the Nock Mountains

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

What to expect: A cozy, lovingly furnished and idyllically located 50 square meter apartment on the second floor of our house. Ideal for two people. You will stay in an adjacent nature reserve with a fitness course, through which you can walk to the beautiful Lake Faak in 15 minutes, which you can enjoy free of charge with our bathing cards and in winter you are only 15 minutes by car from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn.
