The apartment was great. Conveniently located near the train station, super market and public beach.

Very great place and perfectly equipped. Bright and spacious rooms, ideal also for families. I really liked the secluded outdoor area, a real romantic corner with covered seating. You can also use the barbecue provided. Richard invited me for coffee and cake, megalieb. Next time I come with family for a longer period of time. Thanks a bunch

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

I stayed with my girlfriend in May 2025 and we were very satisfied. Erich was always available to us and we felt totally comfortable. We would recommend coming by car as it is best to visit restaurants and activities. We would recommend anytime! 👍🏼😊

Norbert and Claudia are very nice, likeable and helpful hosts. We immediately felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our stay very much. The apartment is very well maintained, modern, very clean and super equipped, we lacked nothing! We also received many great tips for the area. Fabulous house and location. 15 to 20 minutes walk from train station. Spar supermarket near the station, along with bank, pharmacy and a few cafes and restaurant. The lake is beautiful with plenty of activities. Also right behind is the beautiful forests for nature walks with waterfalls. House has everything to would need. Highly recommended.

the women's room is very special, a place to arrive and easy to be. The surroundings are so beautiful and quiet, a direct view of the mountains, Lake Wörthersee and a cow pasture. You feel right at home in the room and I enjoyed spending time in this little heaven on earth. Ingrid is an incredibly warm, caring and open person. I really felt completely cared for. My personal highlight: a warm outdoor shower overlooking mountains, lake and cows! Gorgeous. and my recommendation for hot days: the three lakes hiking route is just the right thing to do. I will definitely come again!

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

We were very satisfied with the beautiful fisherman's cottage. It was sparkling clean, beautiful and modern and exactly as in the pictures. Everything was available, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Breakfast on the terrace with the many birds chirping and under the parasol was always a dream. We gladly used Sabine's tips (especially the Annenhof for eating and hiking the great Tscheppaschlucht). It's close to shopping. Ingrid was very friendly as a contact person on site and was always ready to help. The area is a dream, we rode a lot of bikes (right by the house there is a perfect bike path), were swimming in the beautiful lakes or shopping in Klagenfurt. We will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.

Beautiful house with amazing rooms and amazing lake view, in a very quiet neighbourhood next to the forest but few minutes from the regional road.

We had a great and relaxing time at Michael's apartment! This was totally quiet, comfortably furnished and perfectly equipped, there was really nothing missing! And the beds are super comfortable! The location was also perfect for us and a great starting point for great excursions 😊😊😊 (lido and circular trail Presseggersee, lido Weißensee, Hermagor, Villach, Villacher Alpenstraße, Feistritzer Alm, toboggan run Nassfeld, waterfall Radnig, Gasthof zum Feierabend). Communication with Michael was very, very friendly and accommodating. He gave us some tips and inquired in between if everything was okay. If we are in the area again, we would always book this apartment!

We visited Petra for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The direct lake access and the sunbathing area are beautiful. For us as a family with small children, the optimal place to take a vacation.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with huge terrace in great location! Our children (2 and 5 years) felt very comfortable, also because they even found some toys in the two lovingly designed children's rooms. Thanks to the lakes, mountains and other leisure activities in the area never got bored and we had a very nice, varied time! We will be happy to come back! :)

There were four of us for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. Extremely high-quality and new furnishings, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel right at home. The location is great, located in the middle of the city directly on the Drava and in the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, fully equipped and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

Brilliant apartment, this is the second time we have stayed here and it’s perfect for our needs

We were 3 adults and 2 children in the apartment. The apartment is not very large, but perfectly equipped and also the layout of the rooms or beds is perfect. In the kitchen, there is a lot of equipment and the terrace on the 1st floor is very cozy in fine weather. The hosts are extremely friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

We spent 4 nights there as a 4-member family. We went to ski, the slopes are cca. 15-20 minutes far away. We enjoyed the warm apartment after skiing. It was very comfortable with two separate bedrooms and big kithen with table and all comforts you need (e.g. dishwasher and lots of plates and glasses etc) . Plus there was a livingroom with a big sofa also. The beds were super comfortable. There were two toilets. I think this apartment is comfortable for 6 people also. We travel a lot and we think this apartment is perfect.

We stayed at the accommodation for five days for the tuning event and it couldn't have been better! The view is especially beautiful and very quiet in the morning hours. The carport that came with it was, of course, a dream for us car fans. Christian was very helpful and always easy to reach. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be happy to come back!!
