Franz-Josef is on the ground floor of the Hüttenteichhaus with its own entrance, associated garden and a 70 sqm terrace. There is an outdoor sauna with wood-burning fireplace and mountain view. Everything is for your own use! In the area there are more than 7 lakes and 7 ski resorts as well as the borders to Slovenia and Italy where many adventures await.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
