Sweet vacation home in romantic Pogöriach at the foot of the Karawanken, 20 minutes' walk from Lake Faak. Suitable for 4 people, especially for families. On the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom and a nice living-dining area with balcony. On the first floor, there is a 2nd bedroom and the bathroom/toilet plus adjoining rooms. The large garden, including seating for guests, invites you to linger. A ping pong table and children's swing are provided. We live next door and are available at any time.

Karintia az 1000 tó vidéke, a közelben található a Wörthersee az Ossiacher see, Gerlitzen és a Turracher Höhe síparadicsom is. The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Take a vacation at a beautifully renovated 120 year old stone house. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter plot borders with 3 sides on a fairytale forest. The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West highway exit and Lake Wöhrtersee. In the garden is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

We rent a unique 80 m² holiday home with two separate bedrooms for a total of 5 people, with a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, bathroom and living room. Shared use of our large garden & pool (not fenced, duty of supervision for children) is possible at any time. We have a great location near Italy/Slovenia, the city of Villach, many lakes, mountains and ski resorts. Dog available - pets on request.
