Monthly Rentals in Villaggio Mancuso

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

What a treat it was staying in Francesco’s place in this beautiful town. We arrived earlier than the check in time of 5pm but Francesco still allowed us access and to leave our luggage while the cleaning was finishing up. We cook a lot so was happy to be able to use an equipped kitchen. We were also able to do some laundry and the internet allowed us to work as well. Great location. Walking distance to a Conad supermarket and a bunch of local Gelaterias and cafes. We particularly loved the Pasta Fresca available a block away! Francesco gave great recommendations for beaches and we were happy to meet up twice with him for coffee and a quick chat. Thank you!

Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Many thanks to Luigi and Tatiana. The two are very warm hosts with many tips and always have an open ear if something is wrong. The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail and has everything you need. The beach with crystal clear sea is located directly behind the house and is only slightly visited. I would have liked to stay longer and would be happy to come back. :-)
