Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villas, Lower Township

The house was great for myself, husband, mother and 7 month old. The beach is right at the end of the road and everything else we had planned was within a 10/15 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Listing EXACTLY as described. Easy walk to water, safe and plenty of room!! Bikes were awesome to use! highly recommend. Host was extremely friendly and available. Will stay again, next time I come out to Cape May!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Karen's house. The layout was perfect for us. With four kids, having three bedrooms on one side of the house for them and the master bedroom on the other side of the house for us gave two tired parents a little break. The fenced-in yard was great for our beagle. We used the barbecue too, which was ready to go, with a nice glass outdoor table with 6 chairs next the bbq. The house is in a low-key, non-tourist area, right down the street from the beach, a quick stroll, literally two to three minutes. The beach is beautiful. In the morning at low tide, great to look for shells and enjoy the view; in the evening at high tide, beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Karen was super responsive to any and all questions we had. She gave us ideas for kid-centric activities in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants. We had a great few days here and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Karen!

We had a great time here. The space was exactly what we needed and having the fenced in backyard for our dog was fantastic. We really enjoyed the offer for a later checkout which gave us some extra time to enjoy our morning! We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

I want yo take my time and thank Xavier and Julie alot , for their 5 ⭐️ hospitality. Me and my family we loved the place it is even better then in the pictures. When they say “ i am one phone call away “ that’s exactly how Xavier and Julie was, just one phone call away for whatever we needed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. House is super clean and they left alot of activities for us as family of 4 to enjoy our time together. From now on this is our go to place. Thank you again Xavier and Julie for sharing your home with us and for amazing memories we created. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mark and family’s Sunsets and Serenity was far beyond what we were hoping for in a family vacation rental. The location right along the bay has the best vibe for relaxation with the sound and smell of ocean so close. So many amenities in this home! Everything was already available when we needed something, be it cooking wares and all the appliances, towels, beach/yard toys and games, plus awesome pool and porches to hang out at. Also, only 15-20 minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk! Truly cannot say enough about this amazing home and the awesome family that runs it. Joe was a great host, very responsive, checked in to make sure we were good, and provided really great recommendations for things to do. This location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in cape may. Every room had a comfortable mattress and new air conditioning units. The whole place was a dream to stay in and the hosts were very communicative!

Absolutely loved our stay! Such a cute and comfy place. Everything about the place was great. Clean, air conditioned, very welcoming, kitchen amenities. Everything was so thought out. Felt like we were at home. If we are in the area again, would definitely consider staying again.

We loved our stay at David's place. It was extremely clean and cozy, too (I especially liked the comfy couch). It was great that each bedroom and the living room had ceiling fans with remotes. The boardwalk, a great gym, and an awesome Mexican restaurant were just a short walk away. David was a pleasure to work with; very friendly and responsive!

Cute little place! We stayed for less than 24 hours while my husband participated in the "Escape the Cape Triathlon," so we didn’t get to enjoy it fully, but it was exactly as described and very clean. Parking was a little tricky, as our unit was in the back and the front unit’s vehicle was blocking the driveway when we arrived. Normally, I would have knocked to ask them to move it, but since we had a super early 5:30 AM checkout, we just parked on the street. Street parking is free, you just have to be lucky to find a spot nearby, which we managed to do twice. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear people talking or walking around upstairs, but it wasn’t overly loud or disruptive. Best part? It’s only about three blocks from the boardwalk—a great spot for an evening stroll and some ice cream. Overall, a great little place for a quick stay in Cape May!

Bonnie is wonderful and responds quickly. Her home is beautiful and just a few blocks from beach and lake (both walkable). Pet-friendly and short drive to Wildwood Dog Park and Washington Street Mall in Cape May. Kitchen is well-equipped. Overall, a great stay and my family and I will definitely be back again!!

We had a fabulous time in Cape May and felt very much at home from the moment we walked in. Clear directions, plentiful local information, easy parking and quiet evenings added up to a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back!

This rental was wonderful. The hosts are amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. The recent updates are pristine and allow for a perfect stay in Wildwood. I definitely recommend this location to any future vacationers to the area. My family and I will look to this property in the future if vacationing in the area.

Beautiful place- couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Cape May. Close to the beach and Washington st mall. Parking was convenient. Tracy was also super responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this location three times now, and it never disappoints. It is close to the boardwalk and dog park. I chose this rental because of its location to the dog park and beach.

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

We booked this house for our 50th wedding anniversary to celebrate with our two daughters, their husbands, and our 5 grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. As she described, it was 5 houses to the beach, and there were sufficient beach equipment that came with the house. We were all impressed with how well appointed the house was, particularly in the kitchen. While we enjoyed gathering in the common areas, there were several areas (glassed porches and balconies) where one could retreat for private time. We also enjoyed having crabs on the table on the ground level below the house. On the few occasions that I texted Anka she very promptly responded. We would definitely stay here again, but would more than likely arrange beforehand to have access to the elevator for ease of moving luggage to the bedrooms on the first and second floors and groceries to the second floor kitchen. Thank you Anka for sharing your lovely home with us.

We loved our stay! Sitting outside on the porch and watching the ocean waves was very relaxing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and very clean.

We loved our stay. We were in town for a long weekend girl’s trip. 6 of us fit comfortably in the apartment. We were there in the off season (mid/late Feb) so parking was super easy. Easy 10-12 min walk to Congress Hall and Washington Street Mall. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and you can’t beat the view.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Villa. Manish was very helpful and welcoming. Location is amazing - beautiful view and so peaceful. We appreciated the fire pit and being able to use the kayaks. Thanks so much!

If I could give more stars I would! Anthony’s home was a lovely, peaceful get a way, close to the water and had everything we needed. Anthony was very accommodating to our late check out needs and super responsive! The hot tub was the perfect touch to make it feel like we were kings for a few days. Hopefully we can come back here next year we visit Cape May!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a great time. The place is beautiful and just as described!!! We loved our stay, it was clean, fully equipped, communication was clear and the host was quick to get back to our queries. We will be back!!!
