Monthly Rentals in Villas, Lower Township

The house was very cute and located on a quiet, peaceful street. We loved the swing on the porch and spent our mornings there reading books. The beach is an 8 minute walk, with a small child, and is great for walking and exploring. There was also a good ice cream shop within walking distance. Overall, a very good getaway and we’d enjoy coming back to this house.

We had a perfect stay! The place was absolutely beautiful—every detail of the decor was thoughtfully done and made it feel so cozy and inviting. The location was amazing, just minutes from downtown Cape May, which made exploring super convenient. Everything was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. Communication was also fantastic—responses were quick and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

Donna was an amazing host. She promptly answered any questions and provided everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home away from home. The Spinnaker is absolutely stunning and her attention to detail was outstanding. She thought of every little detail to make us feel comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. The amenities were well thought out and top notch. I will definitely be back!

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.
