The plot is completely fenced and away from the road, it is very quiet. Thanks to its isolation, both in summer and winter the interior temperature is very pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of kitchenware and utensils, and its spaciousness is also noteworthy.

It is an independent chalet (full rental) is very close to Madrid (in an urbanization on the outskirts of Móstoles) despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways.
