The loft is located in a quiet residential area. La casa tiene todos lo necesario para para disfrutar de unos días inolvidables en Madrid. Wifi, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias, cocina totalmente equipada. El edificio tiene piscina abierta durante los meses de verano (principios junio hasta primera semana de septiembre), y zona de niños en urbanización cerrada.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
