Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Small duplex in the city center

Warm and cozy accommodation, located near the church in Nogent-sur-Seine. This duplex is located on the 1st floor. Refurbished, it still has a stigma from its old life, the stairs are very narrow and steep, and the steps are short. It has nevertheless been renovated by Maytop (Lépine competition), which secured it thanks to non-slip stair nosing. However, I don't recommend it for children. The 80 x 200 beds can be joined together. The living room sofa is a sofa bed, if needed.

"La Ferme de Lou", farmhouse apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet. Possibility to walk in the forest without taking a car. Various board games are available as well as many books and documents about the area. Bicycles are available free of charge upon prior request. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast at an additional cost, to be specified at the time of booking.

Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.
