Our house has been recently renovated and is ideal for a family with children (heated pool at 28, slide, swing...). It is spacious (220 m2), cool in summer, with a nice outdoor space for days and evenings by the pool! Our garden is quiet, surrounded by our neighbors' gardens! Small important point: we have a cat (very affectionate). We are 15 minutes from Lille and less than an hour from the first beaches (Bray Dunes...), 30 minutes from Belgium.

Just 15 minutes from Lille, come and relax in our elegant and exceptional house with its view of the lake. A true haven of peace, perfect for relaxing. Private swimming pool heated to 20 degrees, Jacuzzi, boat, picnic, golf—everything is within easy reach. Our house is ideal for hosting 2 people, although a sofa bed is also available. Young children are not recommended for safety reasons. Rare in the area.
