Holiday rentals with beach access in Villeneuve-Loubet

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

A big thank you to Rudy for being there for us from the beginning to the end of our stay, the apartment is beautifully arranged since it is located by the sea, shops and restaurants are just a few steps away! The apartment itself has all the necessary comforts with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea, the apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms. A very nice kitchen equipped with almost everything you need. We recommend Rudy and his apartment and we will definitely come back for our next vacation! Thank you.

Marion's place was clean, well-fitted with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and located very close to the beach. We were very impressed with the welcome snacks (tea, coffee, crisps, etc) offered and were able to watch the UEFA finals on the TV with ease. Kitchen, although tiny, was fully equipped with all the cutlery and utensils. Supermarket was also a minute away. Hands down one of the best stays we have had! Thank you Marion! Will definitely visit again in the future. :)

The location of the house was very close to both the beach and the market and transportation facilities. As a family with a baby, it was very good to be in a quiet location

Mickael was a very caring host , check in to check out was great all very easy with good communication. The apartment is newly renovated and pristine, with everything there that you need. I would highly recommend Mickaels property for a great holiday complete with wonderful sunny balcony. The air con was excellent as it was a very hot week when we were there. Lots of good local restaurants in the marina and a very handy supermarket. Very close to the beach and if we wanted to go further we used Uber who were very plentiful.

A lovely little hidden gem. Great and handy to get around the old town. Fantastic view and outside space.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Highly recommend this AirBnb.

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Listening to the host's friendly guidance, I saw the beautiful sea view right in front of the accommodation. It was very useful because you prepared all the necessary supplies needed for playing in the water at the beach. The accommodation was private, so it was quiet and cozy. It was good to rent a car and park, and it was easy to get around. I was so happy to have wonderful memories of the south of France here.

I would recommend this apartament to everyone. I absolutely loved the terrace and the view. It was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve tried. Thank you to the hosts!

Fantastic seaside view, and clean room , nice host !

This apartment is truly a gem on the Mediterranean. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by breathtaking sea views that set the tone for a luxurious stay. The fully renovated space is both elegant and comfortable, with a stunning terrace perfect for soaking in the scenery. The kitchen is a dream—modern, well-equipped, and ready for any culinary adventure. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms offer plenty of comfort, and the added bonus of a laundry room and ample storage makes it feel like a home away from home. A flawless blend of style and convenience.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.
