Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Villeneuve-Loubet

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to the messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

The listing is even better than in the description. It is really suitable for children (high chair, crib, games, books, potty, baby dishes...) and it's rare to have so many necessities available in a place: breakfast (bread, nutella, nespresso capsule) and bathroom (shampoos, hair care, soaps, and even toothpaste!) everything was perfect.

Christophe and Lena were the perfect hosts. They were very discreet and flexible and left us to enjoy their charming house but at the same time really went the extra mile to make our stay in La Colle-sur-Loup an unforgettable one. From the warm welcome, the thoughtful welcome pack, the ease of check-in and check-out and the flexibility around timings, it’s hard to imagine a smoother and more hospitable experience. The value for money really is EXCEPTIONAL too, particularly when you consider the location right in the heart of the village and that you’re getting an entire house over four levels, including a stunning roof terrace with a view across to Saint Paul de Vence that we used a couple of times for breakfast and lunch during our stay. La Colle-sur-Loup is a great place to visit, but is also really well located for Nice, Saint Paul de Vence (walkable in around 20 minutes) and the coast - we were on the beach in Antibes in around 25 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Wow. This was magical. I couldn’t believe this was really our accomodation. We had a lovely time. Cosy and clean. And magical. The view from the roof is hard to describe and just mind blowing. Surrounded by the-old town as well is beautiful. Thank you so much for this experience

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Highly recommend this AirBnb.

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! They were both incredibly kind and responsive throughout our visit — answering all our questions and checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. They also provided us with great suggestions for sightseeing and local experiences, which we really appreciated. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and offered stunning views. The surrounding area was very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed a lovely holiday here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

The apartment is very lovingly and individually furnished. The terrace is the highlight and invites you to linger at any time of the day. The view is fantastic and the seating furniture is excellent. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, leaving nothing to be desired. From dishes, cutlery, pans and pots, everything is available in abundance, as well as cleaning products for daily use. Everything was super clean and well maintained, only the slightly warped doors could not be closed silently. The quiet location in a residential area and the short walk to the old town should be emphasized, as well as the friendliness of the roommates and neighbors of the house. We were very satisfied and had a very nice time.

Listening to the host's friendly guidance, I saw the beautiful sea view right in front of the accommodation. It was very useful because you prepared all the necessary supplies needed for playing in the water at the beach. The accommodation was private, so it was quiet and cozy. It was good to rent a car and park, and it was easy to get around. I was so happy to have wonderful memories of the south of France here.

The accommodation was as clean as the photos, and the terrace view was so beautiful. Sophie responded quickly and kindly and was considerate of the guests. Such a beautiful accommodation! I want to visit again next time!!

The apartment met our expectations. 3 bedrooms including 2 with access to the terrace and a view of the quiet interior gardens. That's perfect. The beach is 30m away and you have a rooftop pool with an amazing sea view. There are many restaurants within walking distance in the marina. I thank our host Roberto who gave us a lot of information about the sites to visit…… He was very responsive to each of my questions. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly.
