Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Almhütte Melkstatt

Rustic and genuine. Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Located in the middle of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the property is a cabin located at 1820 m in a very panoramic, sunny and isolated position! You can walk to it in 10 minutes. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT will be done with my 4x4.

Stunning 3 storey barn with garden and great view

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.

Attic apartment almost entirely covered with antique wood and traditionally furnished. The apartment has a living area with a sofa bed and smart TV, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven (microwave oven on request), dining table, south-facing balcony with panoramic views, double bedroom, loft with double bed and bathroom with large walk-in shower and whirlpool tub.

It is a secluded chalet, nestled far above anything else in the valley. For everybody who needs the sound of silent and loves diving into the nature. We are supporting your travel spirit during this tough time. Close to major hiking and charming towns. It is great for children as we spent all the winter and summer holidays with our four children when they were small.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.

RUSTIC TAVERN IN A 17TH-CENTURY RESIDENCE

Studio in a rustic tavern of 20 square meters located on the ground floor of my 17th century home with independent access and private parking. The studio is very quiet and cool, suitable for a very relaxing holiday. Equipped with WI-FI signal In the house we have a dog and a cat.
