Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Visayas

Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

Jessica was super detailed and responsive. Also gave nice consideration since I had a conference nearby. The unit itself was so nice and modern. Great value for the area and even a nice view of the pool. Everything from the kitchen to the sheet were given so much love. Aircons and fan kept me cool even during the hot days My only gripe was more of the area around. Not something we can control. Neighbors can be loud but might be the condo’s design. Kind of quiet in terms of action. There’s a mall and resort casino near by but you would need to book a taxi to go comfortably. Still lots of potential and development happening so I bet it would be even nicer in the future. Overall a lovely stay for a night especially if you have an event in the area!

I had a great stay in this condo, close to Ayala center, 7-11 and other shops. Lady Cherry was very kind and she responded quickly to my messages. I reccomend.

Hazel is a friendly and helpful host, she is kind and straight forward regarding the do’s and don’ts about the apartment and area. She is attentive in making it as pleasant as possible for her guests. Even though she is a busy young lady, she is responsive and proactive in communication. The apartment is quite luxurious and has an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar, great amenities to enjoy! Cebu is lovely. Thanks for the lovely accommodation, Hazel!

Host is very responsive and friendly. Room is nice as well and comfy. What I love most is their pool. Will surely come back.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

The place was clean and smelled good. Basic amenities were present. The best parts were: 1.) Flexible check-in time (can't get this with other Airbnbs!) 2.) Breathtaking view from the balcony 3.) Free access to pool & gym 4.) Strong wifi and Netflix

Annie's unit was a great! Close proximity to restaurants, shopping mall, theaters, grocery, church, and so much more. The gym had all the essential equipment for a good workout. The pool was well maintained and had a lap pool and an area for leisure swim. Concierge were always pleasant and helpful. Building is new and well secured. Hope to stay with Annie again when we ever get back in Town. Thanks Annie! 😊

Great stay at smart alexa system house!

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! It’s definitely one of the nicest villas in Siquijor. Super spacious and perfect for our group of four. The place was not only beautiful but also full of thoughtful little details that made it feel extra special and cozy. The hosts were amazing! They’re incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. You can really tell they put a lot of care into the villa and into making guests feel at home. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We had such a great time and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Siquijor. Can’t wait to come back someday!

The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Little touches, like fresh linens and a warm welcome, made a big difference. April and I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Butuan City. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Ms Abby's place is perfect for big group like a family vacation. The house is big, the kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and kitchen utensils, and the neighborhood feels safe. Tourist spots in Panglao are just a quick drive away. Ms Abby is a responsive host as well. Definitely worth our money staying in her place.

Great place to stay, quiet, ice cold aircon. Very responsive host. Very clean also. Good wifi also. Definately rent again if I'm in the area.

Squeaky-clean and thoughtfully designed place. Place looked exactly like the photos and still felt new. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Checkin was a breeze and they even allowed us to checkin early. Thanks for having us Christine :)
