The place is so nice and clean, stone away from Ayala which is very good. Best place to stay in Cebu. I will definitely book the place again.

Gerald as host is very responsive. The place is really spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and each has their own CR. There is also a common C. Huge living and dining and a spacious kitchen too. Over all the place is highly recommendable. Value for your money specially if you are a big group.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

LOVED ❤️ this place! Great hosts, comfy, and affordable. Rhynie & Jurgen are wonderful hosts, super responsive, and make you feel right at home. They have scooter for rent which makes traveling the island a breeze. The pool is a great way to cool down. I will book this place again on next visit to Bantayan. If you are wondering if you should stay here don’t think twice about it, just pull the trigger you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our stay in Martin's place. It is spacious and perfect for our group of 8 friends. Martin and Ate Liz were very responsive and attentive to our questions/concerns. There are restaurants and spas nearby. The beach was not crowded at all, perfect for chilling and swimming with friends.

Ronald and Merian were amazing hosts. They had plenty of recommendations of places to visit in sta fe and bantayan island. They offered free pick up from the harbour and also a free tour of the island. The place was really nice and felt like home. They offered us delicious and fresh coconut juice as a welcome drink. For a group of five it really felt spacious yet still intimate. Overall, our stay was great! Would recommend this to others!

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

Staying in Nelson place is like home. Child-friendly , spacious kitchen, very comfortable living area and terraces. We love the wood floor and the small playground behind the pool. Everything was there that made it comfortable. Area is near airport and the road was not so busy. Definitely highly recommended !

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alaba House Rental-Camiguin.From the moment I arrived the check in's process was seamless thanks to Ms Joyce clear instructions and prompt communication.The location was fantastic with easy access in any nearby attractions. The house itself was clean well organized and beautifully designed ..The kitchen was fully equipped wich made it easy to prepare a quick meal . If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

I had an amazing stay at Ryedgee's place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toiletries, and a guidebook with local recommendations. Host and Co Host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
