Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Me and my family had a pleasant stay at Massah's place. it was almost 2 weeks. he was very proactive and responsive to our questions. would love to book again when we visit the area soon. Rooms were clean, Internet is decent, It is near the stores too. plus you have your own reserved parking, it was a tight fit for oir wagoneer but that was no problem. Area is secure too with lots of police visibility and patrols. THANK YOU!

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

Once again I found the accommodations perfect for me. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the beach and walkable to the village. Mari is indeed a super host.

We spent 4 nights and felt at home from the moment we walked in. The condo is clean, nicely furnished with a really comfortable bed. The neighborhood is very well located within a mile walk to the pier. You can hear the waves crashing with the windows open but if you prefer quiet the windows block out any sounds from outside. Having a garage for parking was a nice bonus. Our host was very kind to let us check in a little early. Don't hesitate to book this condo.

Aubrey's place was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but still within walking distance from all of our favorite places in Oceanside.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. I felt like I was staying in a boujee hotel. I absolutely loved it! Check-in was easy and convenient. The space was immaculate and so comfortable. I also loved how updated and high end the space was. The kitchen was well stocked, and the folding wagon was so helpful. Plus, the location can't be beat! It was a quick 2 minute walk to Windansea beach (our favorite spot), a 5 minute walk to Mandarin House for delicious Chinese food, and several cafes. I will definitely be staying here again!

Hannah was such a wonderful host! Her place was so cute and clean. She had everything we could have possibly needed and more. She has tons of extra amenities that I wasn’t expecting and was a very thoughtful host. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Hannah 😊

The apartment was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week away. The beach was walking distance and the host provided easy to carry chairs for the walk over. The space was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The host was really friendly, responsive in the chat and gave clear instructions for check-in/out as well as all the available items for use on the property. Loved it, wouldnt hesitate the book again

Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

Seth's place was clean and Seth was really easy to communicate with. The apartment is about 20 minutes away from most areas we wanted to visit in San Diego. The neighborhood was really quiet and had lots of stores close by. The apartment is located behind Seth's house with a private entrance. We had a great stay!

We had a great time staying here! The unit was separate from the rest of the house and felt very private. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Only thing I would mention, is that if you intend on walking to the beach it isn’t very convenient as you have to walk a little ways down to the intersection to cross the train tracks. Driving to the beaches was very convenient and parking was never an issue for us!

Great, clean and peaceful place! Although I reached out to the host once, I never received a response. It seemed like the Host’s communication was all scheduled. Instructions were clear for the most part. Would recommend and stay here again!

Bonnie and Ken were super accommodating. We needed to work out some details for the check in due to my flight and there were no issues. Bonnie and Ken were so kind. The place was beautiful and had all the accommodations needed for my 5 day stay. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner were here for a concert, the location is very walkable and beautiful. The stay is also very comforting, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and gave us recommendations on activities, and places to eat. I will definitely be coming again.

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Cy was great- easy and flexible. The place was a 5 minute walk to the ocean. It was lovely to drink a cup of coffee from Cafe Rosemont and watch the surfers. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock. Everything was lovely- well equipped and comfortable!

we have stayed here twice and will stay again. they were doing some construction on the building we were staying in but workers were considerate on time not to start too early or work too late. always peaceful and beach close by. we have stayed at many other places this is by far our favorite

This is a fantastic spot! Less than a minute to the beach, and about a 30 minute walk from Bird Rock or La Jolla Village. The walks to both places are beautiful—you can walk along the beach for most of it. The place was just as pictured, very cute with a nice kitchen and bathroom. There were beach towels as well, which came in handy. The outdoor seating was also a really nice addition—I couldn’t see the ocean from the balcony but I could hear it. Deborah was really nice and communicative! I had a few questions about the place after booking it that she quickly answered. She was also kind enough to accomodate a very late checkout for me. Overall, I loved my stay and definitely would book this spot again!

During Memorial Day weekend, we stayed in James’ two-bedroom apartment that was lacking nothing. Conveniently located, kitchen stocked with basics and a whole lot more, the beds sooo comfortable, bathrooms and closets spacious, living room cozy…just an overall fun vibe! The hosts were instantly responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay, and were always so accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking for relaxation in San Diego. Then head to the beach for some outdoor fun…the highway is only a minute away! No complaints at all…thank uuuu to the host(s)!!!
