Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Accommodation in a private apartment building with parking, a nice playground and a ski bus stop in front of the house. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a kitchen and a living room. The apartment has a lockable storage room for skis, sleds and bicycles in the hallway of the house right next to the front door. Parking card for one car. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.

The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town.
