Petite maison de charme située dans la campagne bretonne. Ce lieu calme et paisible est donc parfait pour se ressourcer. Proche de Vitré, à 30 mins de Rennes et Laval et 1h15 de la côte. La maison est non fumeur. ( la capacité est de 6 personnes maximum) Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres avec lit double et un clic clac dans la pièce principale pour le couchage. Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.
