House "Chez Marguerite"

The cottage "Chez Marguerite" is located 2.5 km from the city center, it is easy to access ( last house in a cul-de-sac) close to all amenities ( Intermarché, cinema, essence, vb, Kiabi, intersport ect...) The cottage has a fenced yard to accommodate your four-legged friends 🐾, provided they are well-behaved (I will no longer accept dogs that are aggressive or that do not tolerate other animals and humans). An electric car charging station is located 300 meters from the cottage in the Brico Dépôt parking lot.

Château Tower in Heart of Loire Valley

The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. A haven of calm in the heart of a rural hamlet, you'll be overcome by the charm of this restored farmhouse in the Angevin style. This 70 m2 cottage with a very nice garden is next to that of the owners. It is located 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the historic center of Saumur. You can visit the castle, the Armored Vehicle Museum, the Cadre Noir de Saumur, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, vintage bicycles, the Loire wine cellars, etc. Bed and house linens are not provided.
