The cottage "Chez Marguerite" is located 2.5 km from the city center, it is easy to access ( last house in a cul-de-sac) close to all amenities ( Intermarché, cinema, essence, vb, Kiabi, intersport ect...) The cottage has a fenced yard to accommodate your four-legged friends 🐾, provided they are well-behaved (I will no longer accept dogs that are aggressive or that do not tolerate other animals and humans). An electric car charging station is located 300 meters from the cottage in the Brico Dépôt parking lot.

This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Grandma's little house

Havre de calme au coeur d'un hameau rural, vous succomberez au charme de cette fermette restaurée dans le style angevin. Cette maisonnette de 70 m2 dotée d'un jardin très agréable est voisine de celle des propriétaires. Elle est située à 10 mn de la gare et à 15 mn du centre historique de Saumur. Vous pourrez visiter le château, le musée des blindés, le cadre noir de Saumur, l'abbaye royale de Fontevraud, vélo vintage, les caves de Loire, etc.. Le linge de lit et de maison n'est pas fourni.
