Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Studio OverWater just over the water, beautifully central

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

Beach house by the sea in the dunes of Dishoek

This renovated holiday home is stylishly decorated and equipped with the latest equipment. It is a bright house, located directly at the foot of the dunes just a few meters from the beach. Studio 27, a 5-minute walk to the sea!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

De Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and promenade and a 5-minute bike ride from the centre. You will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2. Completed in June, 2022. After you wake up in the morning in the box spring, bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Have a cup of coffee on your own patio in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

Bed & Beauty by the sea!

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).

De Eiken Balk

De Eiken Balk is a new vacation home with a comfortable interior. A secluded location in terms of privacy. Open from June 2021 This accommodation offers exactly what you are looking for as a couple in terms of location and facilities. The cottage has its own charging point for electric cars. De Eiken Balk is 2 km from the beach and 650 m from the shopping center (Jumbo, Lidl and Kruidvat)

Holiday home center Vlissingen on the marina!

Located right in the center of Vlissingen on the marina, fully equipped house with two bedrooms suitable for 4 people. Walking distance to boulevard, beach and shopping center with free private parking. Unique in Vlissingen! In consultation with us, you can use the garage to store bicycles or motorcycles. The third week in July is the fair in the center.
