Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the outskirts of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you'll come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Studio 27, a 5-minute walk to the sea!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. A really cozy cottage with a garden. 5 km from the beach! That, together with a supermarket and bakery 250 meters away and other shops around the corner, plus being located in a quiet village between Vlissingen and Middelburg, makes it an ideal vacation spot. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels.
