Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Vogtlandkreis

Two paddle tours were planned for this weekend on the Göltzsch near Greiz and on the Zwickauer Mulde between Blauenthal and Aue. Staying at Susann's place allowed us to do this. Three couples expected us to have 3 bedrooms and appropriate sanitary facilities. You have the feeling that the family is currently on vacation and has left us with joy their lovingly designed house. Even the fireplace was prepared and then brought the special coziness into the living room. The breakfast together at the large table was thanks to a very good kitchen equipment, the hoped for start to the beautiful paddle day. It was nice to see you guys. The house must have been built relatively new, the furniture comes from IKEA but all in all it was a great fit. Kitchen is also well equipped and has plenty of cutlery and crockery, also pots and pans, etc. were there. However, the best part of the place was the unobstructed view of nature. In the terrace you can enjoy the sunset wonderfully.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

Great house for one to two families. A short distance from the ski resort. Cheap gastronomy in the immediate vicinity.

We met on the occasion of our annual family reunion in Gefrees and were accommodated in the refuge and loft. Highlights were the large garden with a self-made playground for the children, toys with billiards and table tennis and enough seating to relax. You didn't notice anything from the adjacent main street and supermarket parking lot. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodation and the possibilities. For me personally, the best accommodation I've been to so far. Perfect for family reunions, short breaks with larger groups but I can also imagine the place very well as a venue for a wedding, if you can book all accommodations over the weekend. Thank you so much for the great experience! We will definitely come back if the opportunity arises

Beautiful place to stay, very well equipped, comfortable and spacy. Amazing surrounding. Calm and peaceful spot with the parking lot in front of the house. We definitely felt welcomed.

We had a great holiday in the apartment. It is very clean and well maintained. The landlords and co. were very nice. Check-in and check-out smooth and fast! The location is very nice. However, shopping is not within walking distance.

When I checked in, Angelika showed me the place and left me where I can open my tent. The grounds are very large, so you can also have your peace and quiet even if other guests are there. On my last night, I wanted to buy a midnight snack from her store. We got into the conversation and she offered to stay for a glass of wine. Until early at 5 we talked about God and the world. It was a really nice stay on the Aueralm. :)

A dream of a house. Idyllic location, tranquility in the forest. Rarely have slept so well and vacationed. The house is well equipped. Communication is straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

The place is perfect for an active vacation. From there, it is just a few minutes to Keilberg or the German side of the Erzgebirge. It was nice and quiet in the area, but we would definitely recommend a car!

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. I especially liked the cleanliness and the modern furnishings of the apartment.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)
