The modern bathroom features a large washbasin and a large shower with overhead and hand shower.

Es ist ein kleiner Badesee in der Nähe und große Wälder mit vielen Wald-und Wanderwegen. Ein Bäcker und ein Getränkemarkt ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. The apartment is about 45m² and furnished with a new luxury bed, dining table/des, 4 chairs, a small kitchen, walk-in closet and bathroom. The accommodation is right in the city center, close to the train station (about 150m). The bus stop is right in front of the house and takes you to the University and hospital within 15 minutes. Parking Garages are also situated around the house.
