The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

A beautiful apartment with very warm hosts! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and well equipped. It was super clean. The location is nice and quiet, right next to vineyards and forest, at the same time the way to the center is very short. Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly and had many tips for us. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was equipped with everything you could ever need. We lacked nothing. Beautiful decor, good bed and very clean. Communication with Ute was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was unproblematic and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is highly recommended and the location is ideal for excursions.

Quiet, small courtyard in the village center

We had a wonderful extended weekend here! With our 2 small children, it was just perfect. There were even a lot of toys on site and plenty of room for movement. The house is very nice and there is a lot to experience in the area and the parents can buy a franc shoppen directly opposite:). Thanks for the hospitality!! Highly recommended!!
