Monthly Rentals in Volleyball Court

The host was very responsive. The place was clean. It had everything we needed. I did voice some concerns about the outside appearance, and she will speak to whomever takes care of that. Also some concerns about some utensils, and pans that have gotten old and again I informed her and she will be taking care of it. The place was very clean. It was very functional. Had a great location for what I needed it for. Was just minutes away from grocery stores, gas station, and some quick food type restaurants and a 10-15 minutes away from a very large shopping center. It was minutes away from the freeway that will connect you to Seattle North area, downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there. Only thing that could’ve made it better might’ve been to have reclining couches. 😉😉 However, her couch is a hide a bed, for extra sleeping so that would be impossible. Mostly that was my husband complaint. Ha! I would rent it again if I had a need!!

This is a very nice condo, in a complex of working professionals. Quiet, well maintained and walking distance to restaurants, a Walgreens and assorted coffee shops and owner operated stores in the Juanita Village neighborhood of Kirkland. The beach at Lake Washington is a short stroll away and there’s easy access to 405 into Seattle. The owner is very attentive and responsive to any questions. It’s a great property.

Such a great space—-clean and well designed and filled with light! Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was such a nice plus. The turn out of the driveway onto Market St was intimidating at first, but you can get used to it quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Riley and Carrie's airbnb is cozy and we felt at home there. The views of Lake Washington, the Cascades and Mount Rainier are awesome. The home is situated close to Juanita Beach Park. We especially enjoyed going to Totem Lake Mall which has a great cinema, lovely shops, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.
