Ο χώρος ήταν άψογος, μοντέρνος και είχε πολλά έξτρα για περιποίηση και μαγείρεμα. Όλα τα βρήκαμε καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και βοηθητικός.

Ήταν πολύ εύκολο να βρούμε το διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός με ωραία διακόσμηση. Το σημείο ήταν ήσυχο και πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι.

It’s close to the city center and to the ferry port so it suited our needs perfectly. The host is very nice and friendly. Everything was perfect 🙏

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, προσεγμένο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Η Ανθή και η Βάνια είναι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενες και βοηθητικές και προσέχουν τη κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Τέλος, η λίστα με τις προτάσεις για τον Βόλο και τον Πήλιο που μας έδωσαν σε συνδυασμό με την εύκολη πρόσβαση, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι επισκέπτεσαι φίλους.

Εξαιρετικό το διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό και με τις απαραίτητες παροχές για την διαμονή σου. Ο,τι πρέπει για την διαμονή σας στην πόλη του Βόλου. προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

The establishment was great. More specifically every room was totally clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and the construction was new and it provided many important things as shampoo, orange juice etc. Most important though was that Sakis, the host, was really helpful, kind and always there when we had a question. Lastly the establishment provides parking spots for the cars which was really helpful, as you won't need to worry about looking for parking spot, whenever you are returning home, after excurisions or nights out.

Great accommodation! The apartament is very roomy with 3 large bedroom, plenty of storage space and a nice and large living room with dining and reading areas. All beds are comfy and the apartment’s design is modern with much light during the day. The balconies are large and perfect to have breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and modern and the kitchen is equipped to cook a quick meal. The building is quiet with just 2 apartments on each floor. The biggest feature for us was the parking area. There are 2 private parking spots, one shaded and one outside. The host nice and helpful and we will definitely be back in Volos! Thanks, Chris!

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολυ καλη ! Πηγαιναμε παντού με τα ποδια! Υπήρχαν κοντά εστιατόρια! Οσο αφορά την επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες απαντούσαν παντα και δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε καποιο πρόβλημα!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον όμορφο Βόλο. Πολύ κεντρικά χωρίς όμως καθόλου φασαρία από έξω. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ άνετος, πεντακάθαρος και εξαιρετικά προσεγμένος με πολύ ωραία αισθητική. Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλα δωμάτια, μόνο το μπάνιο είναι μικρό αλλά και πάλι έχει ο,τι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η Γεωργία πάρα πολύ φιλόξενη, διαθέσιμη όποτε την χρειαστήκαμε και εξαιρετικά φιλική. Σας το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες, δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με την επικοινωνία μας με τους ιδιοκτήτες ,ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας λύσουν κάθε απορία μας !

A great stay for guests staying 3 days. The apartment was centrally located, clean, modern and comfortable - it looked exactly like the photos (with a big TV and a wide balcony) and the kitchen was well equipped for everyday stuff. There is a lift. Hara was professional in her communication, helpful and responsive, positive and friendly! The guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would recommend the apartment for a stay in Volos!

He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man ist ganz schnell in den Einkaufsstraßen von Volos und hat eine große Auswahl von Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr interessant. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Volos bei einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.
