Vacation home "Tenne"

The charming 35 m² apartment in Ramsau am Dachstein inspires sports and nature lovers with its ideal location. In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. In winter it turns into a ski resort, in summer it offers a swimming lake, archery, climbing park and a roller coaster track as well as the starting point of numerous hiking trails.

"Away from mass tourism, towards the highest quality and comfort" was the motto for the renovation of the apartments at our farm from Reiter. Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. The Summer Card is included with every booking!

The bedroom has comfortable beds . 10 minutes to the city center, grocery store, indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Cars can park on the property. Bread roll service or have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bäck) Offer ski depot for 2 people in the gondola station Cost 10 EURO per day Dogs are welcome.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

So close to NATURE

Relax in the quiet surroundings, or be active in sports. However you want. The house is located directly on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away from the house. In 8 minutes' walk, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop and the lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes' walk, there is a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries from the forest right behind the house.

The Gruberhof, originally preserved from the 15th century, offers a cozy and casual atmosphere that invites you to feel at home among like-minded people. Want to take a short break to paint, read, or think? Or do you want to actively spend your vacation skiing, hiking, mountain climbing or a family vacation with endless possibilities? Whatever brings you to Ramsau, the Gruberhof is the perfect base for it.

Cozy in the heart of Schladming

1 free parking space. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. Local tax, currently €2.50 per adult per night. Modern, cozy apartment for 2 people, quiet and centrally located in Schladming. Everything is easily accessible by foot or public transport. Wonderful hiking opportunities and over 100 km of skiing fun! A few minutes' walk to the Planai valley station and the 4-mountain ski resort!

We offer completaly new appartement finished July 2019. Appartement is situated in first floor and it is for 4 people. It has two separated sleeping rooms (each for 2 people), living room with equiped kitchen (also TV), bathroom with shower and WC. Beautiful view to the mountains 🏔️ You have to pay 3,50 Eur/night/person TouristTax after your arrival (Kids till 15 years are free)
