Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

In the middle of the ski resort but away from mass tourism, the Raggensteinhof impresses with its quiet location between gentle grass mountains and rugged peaks. The farm is located on the sunny side 1100 meters above Viehhofen and can be reached in winter and summer via a paved mountain road. In normal snow conditions, the downhill slope Piste168 to the farm can be reached via a small deep snow slope or a 10-minute walk. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
