Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good undercover parking with a secure tag operated gate. In the kitchen all of the appliances and the equipment were very new and good quality. Internet worked well. Air conditioning was useful as it was warm and bedrooms are at the top of the building. The only thing I would change is the bed was very hard. Virginie was helpful in showing us around and I felt if we had any issues we could contact her, but we didn’t need to.

Laure's apartment is faithful to its description. Less than 5 minutes' walk from Les Halles and 3 minutes from the center. The neighborhood is quiet. Secure parking is a plus. Laure is very responsive. We would recommend this listing.

Great! No air conditioning or fan on the property, but it never got too hot inside. Lovely for our short stay.

A perfect apartment in the middle of the old town of Tours. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, coffee spots, & grocery stores. We enjoyed the spacious & light filled apartment with modern facilities. We would love return someday.

This place, is great. Although it’s small, it is very functional and has more than adequate bathroom space. It’s lovely and so clean! It was a great stay. The free parking lot across the street usually has places free (especially in the evenings and mornings), but once, returning early from a day of driving to chateaus, I found the lot full so had to wait a few minutes for a spot to open up. It wasn’t long. People staying in other towns come to see the castle and Leonardo Da Vinci’s house, so it may be more crowded around mid-day. Also, the roll out bed was a bit firm for my taste, but I still slept well and it’s nice to have the floor space during the day (easy to pull out/put away). The 2 windows face the river, have shades, and open to a lovely breeze - I didn’t need the AC at all and preferred the fresh air. The stairs are quite steep and curve around, but I didn’t have any issues getting luggage up - just don’t be too ambitious taking everything at once, they’re narrow.

Very well located accommodation in Tours with a superb view of the St-Martin basilica. Everything is faithful to the description in the listing and Bastien is very responsive for advice or if you have any questions. Thank you for this trip! 🙂

We had a great stay, I highly recommend this apartment to discover Tours, which is a very beautiful city, very clean and the population is very nice. Very nice neighborhood. The accommodation is very clean, as advertised and above all very pleasant, quiet, accessible to everything. Perfect!

Very good stay at Bastien's It is very well located in relation to the university and well equipped. A fan could be helpful in case of high heat but it is exceptional!

I was very well received by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has an entrance independent of that of the house. It feels like coming home. We had a great weekend, the apartment is right next to the festival of the gardens of chaumont sur loire. The jacuzzi and sauna allow a relaxing break. We can only recommend it.
