It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Our house is very atypical because it is semi troglodyte . There is a very common feature among cave houses, it is the humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat up all year. There may also be small particles falling on the floor. There is a courtyard at the front and a large private park on the higher ground for relaxing. The car can be parked nearby.
