Tuffé is located in the heart of Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24h circuit, 1 hour from the Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
