Anton gave us a warm welcome. The house is very comfortable, very clean and very tidy. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The spa is really a plus. We met very helpful and very kind Croatian neighbors who spoke French. We highly recommend this rental. Thank you for everything Anton!

Villa Motovun Luxury and beauty

VanessaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Luxurious family villa, NEW

RuneRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We had a great holiday at Villa Constantin. It's a really lovely villa that completely lived up to the photos. Lovely rooms, bathrooms, and good materials. Great outdoor areas. The owners were very nice to respond to inquiries. And their point of contact in Croatia, who welcomed us was very service minded and welcoming. The dishwasher broke, it was changed as soon as they could. Really good service. Definitely our recommendations from here.

Eco house with hot tub, bicycles, quad, garden/BBC

JohannRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Very nice place to stay in a quiet environment. Beaches and excursion destinations such as Motovun, Grozjnan, Rovinj, ….. are easily accessible. Everything in the property is as described. (You should only point out the steep spiral staircase, as it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.) Beautiful garden. Useful wheels for excursions are also provided. Nataša is a very friendly and generous hostess, she is also always available.

St Vital new building, pure privacy/ Fenced

AnikaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The place was as described. It's all pretty new and well-maintained. Hot tub and pool were clean upon arrival. The slope for the driveway is a bit steep and therefore rather unsuitable for the disabled. During our visit, the area was still undeveloped and hardly inhabited. The small village is very quiet, rather secluded and unobtrusive. The nearest shop can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the coastal towns (Porec, Umag, ...) in about 35 minutes.
