Welcome to the Bedřich apartment, a stylish retreat right on Smetanovo Square in Litomyšl. You will find it in a renovated 16th-century townhouse. History breathes here in every detail - and yet it offers complete comfort for a modern stay. Our house is a listed building, originally a Renaissance building, rebuilt in the Classicist style in the first quarter of the 19th century. It is ideally located for exploring the city - the statue of Bedřich Smetana stands literally in front of the entrance, in a place where music and history come to life.

The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The apartment is located in a historic house on the square, but all windows face a quiet courtyard, which can be used for sitting and barbecuing by prior arrangement. The apartment is cozy and fully equipped. The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

A newly built shepherd's hut with an unusual saddle roof in a nice quiet place in nature, with a common household with a beautiful view right from the bed. It is only accessible through a private property, so your undisturbed privacy is assured. Surrounded by vast forests and ponds within walking distance. Independent video check-in. All the amenities in the photos are included in the stay at no extra charge 🙂

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
