The cottage is located directly by the Bílá Desná river with direct access to cycling, hiking and cross-country skiing trails in the Jizera Mountains and 5 km from the Tanvaldský Špičák ski resort. Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

Ski resorts can be found right in the village or in the vicinity. Popular large resorts Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (6 km).
