The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Früher Weinstube, nun ein modernes Ferien-Loft: Auf c. 100m² erwartet Sie eine großzügige 1.5 Etagenwohnung im industriellen Look für bis zu 6 Personen. Neben den 2 Schlafzimmern gibt es ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Platz für gemütliche Abende, sowie eine neue Küche mit Innenfenstern, die zur Weinprobe einlädt. Das Loft befindet sich 5 Minuten vom Stadtkern Bad Dürkheims und hat direkte Anbindung zu den Weinbergen und zum UNESCO-Biosphärenreservat Pfälzerwald. Wifi und Smart TV sind vorhanden.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.
