Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
