Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

The house was just awesome, just like in the photos! The surroundings are beautiful and offer numerous excursion possibilities, also ideal for families with children. At the same time, you will find a lot of peace and relaxation there. Pool, whirlpool and sauna were in top condition, as well as the kitchen, which is excellently equipped. There are shops in the immediate vicinity. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment was perfect for us as a group of 7 friends for a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in great condition. It is wonderfully quiet and you are quickly on the canal for nice walks. Martina answered our questions quickly, we highly recommend the apartment!

A very nice place to stay. Although it is a bit remote, it is an excellent place to relax, especially thanks to the wellness area.

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super happy and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The Bach was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Quiet Lge to relax

The house was as described. The communication in advance was great, we already knew exactly what to expect. Check-in went smoothly. The play barn and game room were also very appealing for us. In the area you could do a lot of business, also here there was information in advance. Lots of options for sitting outside. In short, we felt comfortable at the place and can recommend it.

We arrived by car, felt right at home after arrival and slept great. The area was pleasantly quiet, there were many attractions for children/families and great opportunities for food, coffee, cake and ice cream. The hosts were very warm and professional. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was ideal for our purposes. Phil was always easy to reach, we didn't miss anything. Beautiful fenced garden area with barbecue and jacuzzi. Beds were great. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery, very good to reach on foot. We had a good, relaxed long weekend with friends.

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

We spent an extended weekend in this great house for 8 and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The equipment is more than extensive and we missed nothing. The house with its ambience and tasteful furnishings is truly unique. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

Hello We quickly found the house and also quickly felt comfortable. Everything was clean and really nicely decorated. There was nothing missing. Communication with Nicole was always quick and easy. I am mature in the Sauerland and like the area you can do so many things. We were 6 girls and had a super great and relaxed weekend at Eeva! The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and left nothing to be desired. Communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the property. It's definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

Were 5 people to a festival in Büren. Parking in front of the house can be found! The place was clean and cozy! Markus was very friendly and was able to help with questions and wishes. By car, you can quickly get to Büren and Paderborn. I can recommend the apartment!

Beautifully located cabin in a quiet, small resort with direct access to hiking trails and a great view. The decor is really nice and the bathroom brand new and modern. Definitely a recommendation for a quiet short trip, even if the price is a bit high in my opinion.

A "Tiny Home" that perfectly matches the description in the ad. Clean rooms and attention to detail are an additional plus. Ideal for those looking for a place to sleep and then move around the area. A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children... everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! Even the bad weather didn't bother us much, because the accommodation was really good! Very close to the lake. Direct hikes possible. Any time again! Pia All as described.

We were there for three nights for the university. The apartment was huge, clean and everything you need was there. We felt right at home. Despite the fact that it is an attic apartment, we were able to ventilate in the morning and at night and it was also nice and cool in the evening. The roof terrace also impressed us a lot. We would book again anytime!

Very cozy house in the middle of the hills and forests between Detmold, Lemgo and Blomberg. Apart from Marcus on the ground floor, you have no neighbors and can do your own thing. The individual rooms are individually and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need, including some opportunities to create a well-maintained noise. I can only recommend it. Dalborn as a pretty little village with a restaurant is within walking distance, the attractions of the area within 15-20 minutes by car.
