Since it is not technically possible for the Airbnb system to allocate the following local FEES based on the age of the guests, we will need to collect them SEPARATELY on site:  For each guest aged 15 and over, per night: a) Local tax – EUR 3.90 b) Mobility tax – EUR 0.50 No pets allowed. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
