We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Apartment Yako - central location

This comfortable apartment in the center of Wagrain offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bakery and more are all in the immediate vicinity. Parking is free in the building's car park. The nearest ski lift (Gravenberg) is only 500m away and can be reached on foot or by the ski bus, which stops right outside. Since it is not technically possible for the Airbnb system to allocate the following local FEES based on the age of the guests, we will need to collect them SEPARATELY on site:  For each guest aged 15 and over, per night: a) Local tax – EUR 3.90 b) Mobility tax – EUR 0.50 No pets allowed. Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village.
