Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Our house is located in Schellhorn, a small, idyllic place between Kiel and Plön, which borders directly on the small town of Preetz. Lake Lank (with two swimming areas), Lake Kirch and the small town center of Preetz with market and cafes are within walking distance. Kiel is 20 minutes away and the nearest beach at Schönberg is 30 minutes away by car. Our house is ideal for families with children. We have a large garden with two terraces, seating, sun loungers, swing and sandbox.
