We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

This beautifully styled, new home is just 200m from Orewa Beach and has everything you need to relax and get away from it all. Comfortable beds with hotel quality linen, full kitchen and laundry facilities, Smart TV, BBQ, deck for summer dining and watching the stunning sunsets, and 2 stand up paddleboards for guests to use.
