The apartment is in an excellent location within walking distance to Takapuna beach and shops. The complex has good amenities and there is a lovely view towards the city from the balcony. The hosts provide excellent communication and clear check in instructions.

We enjoyed our stay at this One cool place! A bit tricky with the carpark, but great location and lots of great food options nearby.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Albany apartment! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Albany—five stars all the way!

We had a beautiful stay. It was cozy yet high end. Lovely decor and beautiful views. A romantic getaway. Could walk out the door and be on the beach or buying a great coffee in minutes. Robbie was very responsive at all time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Attractive bush outlook with plenty of light and fresh air channels. The unit offered so much more than expected, with several handy extras. Full sized fridge plus stove great for saving money on food.

Loved our stay! Was exactly as listing, house was spotless and instructions to check in was clear which was great. Sofa was sooo comfy and pulls out as a bed which was a bonus. Only downfall was no microwave (which was my fault didn’t see on listing) but stay overall was comfy!

I stayed here with my parents, young kids, and small dog and had an amazing, relaxing holiday. The location is truly unmatched on a super quiet street right on the beach, with a well kept spa pool always waiting for us after we’d taken a dip in the ocean. Our little one loved going out in the canoe on the shallow water, and there was plenty of space for all of us in terms of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and we appreciated the inclusion of a stand steamer for use before a big event. The place was also very pet friendly with full fencing and a self closing gate. We had a lovely stay with Amy and would definitely stay here again.

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Anna’s place was perfect for us. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!

This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.
