Monthly Rentals in Wakefield

We loved our stay in Wakefield. Lynda's place is so lovely and full of charm and character. Located right on the main street in Wakefield you're steps away from local restaurants, the boardwalk along the river, shops and walking trails. We visit Wakefield often and stayed here while our house was getting some work done. The apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable. Really enjoyable stay.

We had such a lovely time here! A sweet, cozy space in such a lovely town. We loved being right by the water and walking to cafes and restaurants! Sharon was very welcoming and responsive.

The stay was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the river. You can hear the soothing sound of the Gatineau River flowing at all times—perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and tranquility. The instructions provided were clear, and the place was easy to find. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas were all very clean and well-maintained. The host was responsive and typically replied within 5 to 10 minutes, which made communication smooth and hassle-free.

This place is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. There's a great walking path—about 3 km one way. There’s also a canoe and a kayak available, which is a great bonus. Suzanna and Fred were the perfect hosts. We shared many wonderful conversations, and they were always helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We would definitely go back happily and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Just don’t forget your bug spray!
