The equipment includes a double mezzanine and a folding corner sofa for 2 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak english.

A comfortable bed awaits guests after a full day of mountain biking or city sightseeing. The apartment is located on the border of the city of Wałbrzych and Szczawno Zdrój, therefore it is an ideal place as a base for the spa. The view from the window will delight even the most demanding tourists. After an active day, you can relax with a glass of wine.

A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Comfortable, fully functional 82 sqm apartment away from the city noise, very well connected, close to markets, gas station, KFC, church. A very good place for visitors to the Książ Castle, the Old Mine or the Riese facilities in the vicinity of Wałbrzych. In the apartment you will find everything you need to prepare a meal and relax after visiting Wałbrzych and the surrounding area. In front of the block there is a playground for children, which you will see from the balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
