The equipment includes a double mezzanine and a folding corner sofa for 2 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak english.

A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Comfortable, fully functional 82 sqm apartment away from the city noise, very well connected, close to markets, gas station, KFC, church. A very good place for visitors to the Książ Castle, the Old Mine or the Riese facilities in the vicinity of Wałbrzych. In the apartment you will find everything you need to prepare a meal and relax after visiting Wałbrzych and the surrounding area. In front of the block there is a playground for children, which you will see from the balcony equipped with a table and chairs.

An excellent place for a short or longer stay in Javor. For work and for relaxation. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine and an iron at guests' disposal. The balcony with a deckchair is a good place to relax overlooking the fields and the road with unobtrusive car traffic. Very good access to the S3 expressway (3 km) and the A4 highway. We issue invoices.

Peřová house Apartment 2, peace in Broumovsko.

The appartment is located on the first floor of the cottage Peřový Dům. In the quiet village of Brezova between Adrspach - Teplice Rocks, Broumovské stěny and Ostaš. Ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and cross-country skiing. Accommodation for 6-8 people We offer free WiFi. We do not charge costs for cleaning the appartment (2000 Kč) if you clean it before leaving. Electricity is charged against actual use and costs. Tourist taxes, 30,- Kč/pp/night, should be paid at arrivel.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, in which there are two single beds (for your convenience we made sure that you can combine them into large beds, you decide what you need). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, oven) and a bathroom with shower and heated floor.
