The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

This is a wonderful, comfortable place to stay on the mountain a bit away from the city of Innsbruck. Very clean and Bettina provided many special touches like coffee with cream, spices, jam and honey. We appreciated her suggestions for things to do and places to eat. She is so kind and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment if you plan to visit Innsbruck!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy apartment. It is well equipped and lovingly decorated, in addition to the beautiful view from the balcony to Lake Tegernsee . Lake, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes. On top still the parking space in the underground parking and extremely warm hosts. What more could you want? A little gem - absolutely recommended! I felt completely comfortable in this beautiful, small accommodation. It is designed with great attention to detail, equipped with high quality and incredibly tastefully furnished - really the best of the room! I was particularly impressed by the sweet, little garden, which with its loving arrangement - fairy lights, fresh flowers on the table - simply invites you to linger. It was these many small touches, such as the cold beer in the refrigerator or the harmonious decoration and candles, that made the stay so special. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious in relation to the size of the accommodation - a real plus! The location is also great: by car you can reach Lake Tegernsee in a short time and the BOB stop is only a two-minute walk away - perfect for excursions into the surrounding area. I would recommend this place with a clear conscience

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great holiday. We were super satisfied with the apartment and the hostess.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika makes an extraordinary effort to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linen and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely top and 5 stars worth!

What a gem! Oberammergau is beautiful and this place is the perfect place to stay. Spotless, beautifully presented and private, with easy parking and within walking distance to the village. Highly recommended!

We felt completely comfortable right from the start. We watched the wildflowers bloom in the garden and enjoyed the view of the wonderful landscape. The surroundings not only invite you to linger, but are also an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the breathtakingly beautiful nature. And Martina is a great host. Veronika's accommodation was super nice! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The brochures for the area were also very helpful. The highlight for us was the balcony with the beautiful view of the mountains. We felt very comfortable and had a great weekend to unwind.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We really enjoyed the week for eight in Moritz's place - right on the lake, with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

Christine and Jozef's holiday home is a real gem for peace seekers. House is equipped with every comfort, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with opportunities for cycling, hiking, swimming in summer. Wake up in the morning with the bells from the cows, who doesn't want that?

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. One thing that really stood out was the furniture – not only is it stylish, but also extremely comfortable and functional. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
