Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The nice thing about us: You are in the great outdoors in no time. Whether on foot or by bike, you can get to our beautiful Black Forest. All around there are beautiful hiking tours, e.g. in the Zinsbach Valley. On Tuesdays and Fridays, at about 8 AM the baker's cart comes with the most delicious of all wood-fired oven breads :-)
