Holiday rentals with lake access in Walenstadt

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

ein wunderbares haus mit veranda und sitzplätzen, direkt am seeufer gelegen mit umschwung; rundherum bäume, schilf, vögel, blick auf das wasser, zugang zum see. in küche und bad ist alles vorhanden. trotz dem regnerischen wetter fand ich die umgebung und die sicht auf den see äusserst reizvoll, ich habe mich im haus und der umgebung sehr wohlgefühlt. komme gerne wieder!

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. André hat uns super Tipps gegeben und klar kommuniziert. Das Haus und vorallem die Küche ist super ausgestattet! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Danke für die nette Herberge und gute Kommunikation. Besonders gut gefallen hat es uns, dass nur 2min zu Fuss ein herrliches Seebad gelegen ist, welches man kostenlos benutzen kann. Perfekt im Sommer nach einem harten Arbeitstag zur Abkühlung

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

Wir durften wunderschöne Tage in Quinten verbringen. Das Nebelwetter war perfekt zum saunieren und entapannen. Wir kommen gerne wider!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, unkomplizierter Check-In. Lynn-Janique ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sehr gerne wieder!

Es war wieder sehr schön in der Ferienwohnung und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem hellen Studio. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und praktisch (Küche) eingerichtet. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sympathisch. Sehr gerne wieder.

Marco and Sara are great hosts, super friendly. There was all you need and it's really a beautiful place.

Wunderschöne, kleine Ferienwohnung in Immenstaad mit Sauna und voll-ausgestatteter Küche. Der Gastgeber gibt wertvolle Ausflugstipps zur Umgebung. Das Bodenseeufer ist nur ca. 100m zu Fuß entfernt, wir waren Stand-Up-Paddlen, das war perfekt :)

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, in denen ich bisher war. Perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber… Der Wohlfühlfaktor war von der ersten Sekunde extrem hoch. Die Kommunikation mit Julia hätte nicht besser sein können. Könnte ich 6 Sterne vergeben, würde ich es tun. Klare Empfehlung!

The apartment was spacious and very well furnished. It is the best apartment I ever rented in all my travels. I cannot finds the words that would describe it perfectly. The host was very helpfull and responded timely to any of our questions.

Fantastic place in a quiet part of Flims close to the forest and Caumasee. Perfect location. The communication with Edward was very easy, thank you for all the reco and availability. Looking forward to stay there again.
