From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

The perfect place for a little break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. Right next to the apartment complex is a restaurant. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are directly at the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then onto the slopes, the gondola lift is a 300 metre walk away. Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
